VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY
Vehicle compatibility information, vehicle application lists, registration lookups, model references, eBay compatibility data and similar guidance are provided as general references only.
Compatibility references relate to the vehicle manufacturer's original specifications unless otherwise stated.
Vehicles may have been modified, repaired, rebuilt, fitted with aftermarket components, fitted with pattern parts, or fitted with components that differ from OEM specifications.
The customer remains responsible for verifying that the product is suitable for the specific vehicle and components installed on the vehicle at the time of installation.
The existence of a vehicle within a compatibility list does not guarantee compatibility with non-OEM, modified, worn, damaged, rebuilt, or third-party replacement components fitted to that vehicle.
FITMENT AND INSTALLATION
Godflex products are designed using measurements obtained from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components unless otherwise stated.
Many vehicles may have previously been fitted with aftermarket suspension arms, control arms, housings, brackets or other replacement components which can differ dimensionally from OEM specifications.
The customer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility with the components installed on their vehicle prior to installation.
Any product that appears excessively loose, excessively tight, damaged, incomplete, unsuitable, or otherwise inconsistent with the customer's application must not be installed. Customers must contact Godflex before proceeding with installation.

Installation of a product constitutes acceptance by the customer that the product is suitable for the intended application and that fitment has been checked before installation.
Godflex accepts no responsibility for fitment issues arising from the use of non-OEM, modified, worn, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured vehicle components.
Products that have been installed, modified, machined, trimmed, cut, sanded, bonded, altered, or otherwise adapted from their supplied condition are not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or warranty assessment unless required by applicable law.
PRE-INSTALLATION INSPECTION
Customers must inspect all products prior to installation.
If a product appears damaged, incomplete, excessively loose, excessively tight, inconsistent with the intended application, or otherwise unsuitable, installation must not proceed.
Customers must contact Godflex before modifying, adapting, machining, trimming, fitting, or installing any product where there is uncertainty regarding fitment or suitability.
Any issues that were reasonably identifiable before installation must be reported before installation takes place.
Godflex shall not be responsible for costs, labour charges, vehicle downtime, consequential losses, or damage arising from the installation of products where concerns regarding fitment or suitability were apparent before installation.

PRODUCT PERFORMANCE AND SERVICE LIFE
Godflex polyurethane products are designed to provide a firmer suspension response than standard rubber components.
Polyurethane suspension components are subject to varying operating conditions, including but not limited to vehicle age, vehicle condition, installation quality, alignment settings, road conditions, environmental exposure, load, driving style, motorsport use, and maintenance practices.
Vehicle handling characteristics, ride quality, noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) levels may vary depending on the condition and specification of the vehicle.
Godflex does not guarantee any specific service life, mileage, durability period, or performance outcome.
Premature wear does not automatically indicate a manufacturing defect and may result from factors outside Godflex's control.
Where a customer reports a suspected defect, Godflex reserves the right to request photographs, measurements, installation details, proof of purchase, and the return of the product for inspection before determining whether any remedy will be offered.
MODIFICATIONS
Products must not be modified, trimmed, machined, cut, drilled, sanded, bonded, altered, or adapted unless expressly authorised by Godflex in writing.
Any modification to a product after supply voids any goodwill replacement, warranty assessment, or return eligibility except where prohibited by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Except as required by law, Godflex shall not be liable for labour costs, fitting charges, vehicle downtime, recovery costs, loss of earnings, loss of use, indirect losses, or consequential losses arising from the installation or use of its products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed correctly and are suitable for the intended vehicle and application.
Godflex shall not be responsible for failures arising from incorrect installation, improper maintenance, misuse, motorsport use, accident damage, worn surrounding components, non-OEM component dimensions, or vehicle modifications.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products purchased are suitable for their intended application before installation.
Where uncertainty exists regarding fitment, compatibility, installation, or use, customers must contact Godflex before installation takes place.
The installation of a product signifies that the customer has inspected the product, verified compatibility, and accepted its suitability for use.
COMPONENT CONDITION, AGE AND PREPARATION
Godflex products are manufactured using OEM reference dimensions and are intended for installation into components that remain within acceptable serviceable condition and dimensional tolerances.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all receiving components, housings, suspension arms, brackets and associated parts are suitable for installation prior to fitting.
Over time, vehicle components may be affected by corrosion, wear, impact damage, fatigue, previous repairs, improper bush removal techniques, distortion, elongation, ovalisation, or general age-related deterioration. Such conditions may alter critical dimensions and affect product fitment and performance.
Processes including, but not limited to, sandblasting, shot blasting, media blasting, powder coating, painting, machining, welding, corrosion removal, refurbishment, restoration, or repair work may alter component dimensions and affect product fitment.
Components that are excessively worn, corroded, damaged, distorted, ovalised, elongated, modified, repaired, refinished, refurbished, or otherwise outside their original dimensional tolerances may result in fitment issues, installation difficulties, premature wear, or reduced product performance.
Godflex accepts no responsibility for fitment issues, installation difficulties, premature wear, product performance concerns, or related losses arising from the condition, modification, refurbishment, repair, age, wear, corrosion, or dimensional inaccuracy of existing vehicle components.
Where any uncertainty exists regarding the condition or dimensional suitability of a receiving component, customers must verify compatibility before installation and contact Godflex for guidance before proceeding.
Wheel Alignment
Following installation of any Godflex pre-bushed suspension arm, a full four-wheel alignment must be carried out to ensure the vehicle's suspension geometry is correctly set.
Failure to carry out a wheel alignment following installation may result in abnormal tyre wear, poor vehicle handling, increased loading of suspension components and premature component wear.
Where a warranty claim is made relating to a Godflex suspension arm, Godflex Ltd reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a wheel alignment was carried out following installation. Acceptable evidence may include a wheel alignment printout or a garage invoice specifically confirming that a wheel alignment was performed.
Where the required evidence cannot be provided, Godflex Ltd reserves the right to take this into account when assessing the warranty claim.
Returns
- All items are dispatched from Godflex using a courier service with appropriate postal insurance. Please note that we are strictly a mail order company and do not offer local pick up as an option.
- Return postage is to be paid by the customer, and for the customers protection a trackable service must be used, We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of goods.
- We offer a complete refund for cost of parts if parts are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Our contact email regarding a Return is support@godflex.co.uk
- Returned products should be in the same condition as they left us in, unfitted, undamaged or altered in their original packaging. We will not accept a return if the product is stained with grease or other contaminants as evidence of use by the customer.
- Complaints relating to damage incurred during transport or bush defects will be considered only upon delivery of the goods in the presence of the courier. The condition for accepting this type of complaint is to email us as soon as possible. Note, small surface or corner air bubbles are not considered defects.

Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
- We reserve the option to cancel an order if any details are incorrect, if the price has been entered incorrectly on the Godflex website and we will contact you regarding the error in price to see if you wish the order to be cancelled or amend payment to the correct price.
